01Ticket refunds

Tickets purchased from a third-party platform (such as Eventbrite) are refunded in accordance with that platform’s own refund policies.

Tickets purchased directly from PubCon.ca — by credit/debit card or by Interac e-Transfer — are non-refundable. This includes conference tickets and pre-conference workshop tickets.

Sponsorships and Publishing Showcase packages are 50% refundable, only after the purchaser provides a valid legal reason for non-participation, in writing, to the PubCon Secretariat.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Applicable GST/PST is refunded in the same proportion.

02How we use your data

The IMAQ Network (IMAQPRESS, IMAQ Technologies and IMAQ Research) will not sell your data to any person or organization.

All members who register or subscribe through PubCon.ca will receive news and updates from all IMAQ-related projects.
